Shipping policy

All OinkerHub products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

Delivery

As soon as your payment is complete, your license key and download link are shown on your order confirmation page and sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Delivery is normally instant. Orders flagged for a fraud check may take longer while the check is completed.

Didn't receive your order?

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders for an email from OinkerHub.
Open the order status link in your confirmation email.
If you still can't find it, email zTagzo64@gmail.com or open a ticket in discord.gg/Oinkers with your order number, and we'll send it again.

If you entered the wrong email address at checkout, contact us with your order number and the correct address.

Download links

Your download link doesn't expire. When we release an update, the same link gives you the latest version. Keep your license key private, because anyone with your key can try to use your license.

Where we sell

Our products are available worldwide, except where prohibited by law. Sales tax, VAT or GST may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
