Terms of service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and OinkerHub ("OinkerHub", "we", "us" or "our"). They cover oinkerhub.com, our Discord server (discord.gg/Oinkers) as it relates to purchases and support, and all products, software, files, license keys, updates and support we provide (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, our Shipping (Delivery) Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not buy or use our products.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. That parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your purchases and use. Anyone under 13 may not use the Services. If you pay with a card or account that isn't yours, you confirm that its owner has given you permission.

3. No affiliation

OinkerHub is an independent creator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NetEase Games, Marvel Entertainment, The Walt Disney Company, Valve, Epic Games, Microsoft or any other game publisher or platform. "Marvel Rivals" and all related names, characters and logos are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to describe which game our products work with.

4. Our products

We sell digital products, including game performance and visual tuning software (such as Sigeon V2), configuration files and, from time to time, cosmetic or skin mods and other digital files ("Products"). Descriptions, screenshots, videos and performance figures are examples only. Your results depend on your hardware, settings and game version. We may change, update or stop offering any Product at any time.

5. Your license

5.1 License grant. When you pay in full, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use, under these Terms. You are buying a license to use the Product, not ownership of it. We keep all rights we don't expressly grant to you.

5.2 One PC per key. Each software license key may be used on one PC. When you first activate it, the key is linked to an identifier generated from that PC's hardware (a "HWID").

5.3 HWID resets. If you replace your PC, change hardware or reinstall Windows, you can move your license by resetting its HWID. You can do one self-service reset every 7 days through our Discord. Further resets are available by opening a support ticket, and we decide whether to grant them. We may refuse resets if we believe a key is being shared.

5.4 What "lifetime" means. A "lifetime" license, or a license with no stated end date, lasts for as long as we continue to offer and maintain that Product. It is not tied to your lifetime or ours. If we discontinue a Product, its license may stop working. See our Refund Policy for discontinuation within 7 days of purchase.

5.5 Online license check. Our software connects to our license server to activate and verify your license, so it needs an internet connection. Our Privacy Policy explains what information this check uses.

5.6 Cosmetic and skin mods. Cosmetic and skin mods are fan-made files for personal use only. They may include or be based on characters and designs owned by others, and we may remove or stop offering them at any time, including when a rights holder asks us to.

6. What you may not do

You agree that you will not:

  • Share, give, sell, rent, lend or transfer your license key, your account or any Product to anyone else.
  • Use one key on more than one PC, or let other people use your license.
  • Upload, post, leak or redistribute any Product or its files anywhere.
  • Crack, bypass or interfere with license verification, or reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or modify our software, except where the law allows this and the right cannot be waived.
  • Use our files to make derivative works or competing products.
  • Use the Products to cheat, harass other players or break any law.
  • Make fraudulent purchases or abuse chargebacks.

7. Game rules and account risk: please read

Our Products modify, or run alongside, third-party games. Game publishers and platforms have their own terms of service and anti-cheat systems, which may prohibit third-party software or modified game files. We do not control those companies, and we cannot predict or guarantee how they will detect or treat our Products. Nothing anyone says, including our staff or community members, is a promise that a Product is "safe" or "undetected".

By buying or using our Products, you understand and agree that:

  • You alone are responsible for reading and following the terms of any game or platform you use our Products with.
  • Using our Products may lead to warnings, restrictions, temporary suspensions or permanent bans of your game or platform accounts, and to the loss of items, progress, currency or purchases.
  • You use our Products entirely at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for any action a game publisher or platform takes against you, and such action is not grounds for a refund.

8. Installation, your PC and security software

Our software loads into the game in a way that antivirus programs often flag, even when nothing is wrong. Our installers may ask for administrator rights and, with your approval during setup, may change security settings on your PC. Examples include adding Microsoft Defender exclusions, temporarily pausing real-time protection, turning off potentially-unwanted-app blocking and turning off Smart App Control. You understand and agree that:

  • You decide whether to approve these changes.
  • Changing security settings can lower your PC's protection.
  • You are responsible for your PC, your data and backups, and for turning protections back on if you want them.
  • We are not responsible for data loss, system instability, malware or security incidents, or any other damage to your PC.

Only download our Products from oinkerhub.com, the link in your order or our official Discord. We are not responsible for files you get anywhere else.

9. Updates and compatibility

Game updates can stop our Products from working for a while. We aim to release fixes, but we do not guarantee when they will arrive or that a fix will be possible. We may update Products at any time, which can add, change or remove features. We provide updates through our website, our installer or our Discord.

10. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Sales tax, VAT or GST may be added at checkout where required. We may limit, refuse or cancel any order, for example because of suspected fraud, resale, pricing errors or legal restrictions. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund it. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

11. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally after payment, as described in our Shipping (Delivery) Policy. By completing your purchase, you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately. You also acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose any right of withdrawal once delivery has started.

12. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your license while it is open. If a chargeback is fraudulent or abusive, we may permanently revoke your licenses and refuse future orders.

13. Support and Discord

We provide support by email and through our Discord and make reasonable efforts to help, but we don't guarantee response times or that every problem can be solved. Discord's own terms apply to your use of Discord. We may remove anyone from our Discord who breaks its rules. If that happens, you can still contact support by email.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke your license without a refund if you break Section 6, commit fraud or chargeback abuse, or if the law or a rights holder requires it. When your license ends, you must stop using the Product and delete it. Sections 6 through 8 and 15 through 23 continue to apply after your license ends.

15. Intellectual property

Our software, installers, files, website content and branding belong to OinkerHub or its licensors and are protected by law. Game content, characters and trademarks belong to their owners. Rights holders who believe something we offer infringes their rights can contact us at zTagzo64@gmail.com. We will review the request and remove the material where appropriate.

16. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation or payment to you.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL IMPROVE PERFORMANCE BY ANY AMOUNT, WORK WITH YOUR SYSTEM OR WITH FUTURE GAME VERSIONS, OR GO UNDETECTED BY ANY GAME, PLATFORM OR ANTI-CHEAT SYSTEM.

18. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OINKERHUB IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF OR ACTION AGAINST GAME OR PLATFORM ACCOUNTS, LOSS OF IN-GAME ITEMS, PROGRESS OR CURRENCY, LOST PROFITS, AND DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THESE THINGS COULD HAPPEN. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT INVOLVED IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some places do not allow some of these limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law allows.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless OinkerHub against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms, from your violation of any law or third-party terms (including a game's terms of service), or from your misuse of the Products.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first, and we will try in good faith to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can't, disputes will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Washington, although either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you keep any mandatory protections and any right to bring claims in your local courts that the laws of your country give you.

21. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for our Products or for any claims related to them.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Changes apply from that date and do not apply to disputes that arose before it. If you keep using the Services after a change, that means you accept the updated Terms.

23. General

These Terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example if the business is sold. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically. If these Terms are translated, the English version controls. Headings are for convenience only.
